Engineering Consortium Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) is an unlisted private, non-government company limited by shares, incorporated on 04.12.2008 under the provisions of the Companies Act, and bearing Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U40102AR2008PTC008252. The registered office of the Corporate Debtor is situated at Model Village, Naharlagun – 791110, Arunachal Pradesh, India. The Corporate Debtor presently has an authorised share capital of Rs. 1,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores Only) and a paid-up share capital of Rs. 81,78,48,600/- (Rupees Eighty-One Crores Seventy-Eight Lakhs Forty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Only). The Corporate Debtor is primarily engaged in the business of construction and infrastructure development, including execution of road and bridge construction projects.

The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) of the Corporate Debtor was initiated under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) vide Order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in C.P. (IB)/23/GB/2025, and the certified copy of the said Order was received on 05.05.2026. Pursuant to the aforesaid Order, Stellar Insolvency Professionals LLP, an Insolvency Professional Entity bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPE-0137/IPA-1/2023-24/50053, acting through its Authorised Signatory, Mr. Anup Kumar Singh, Insolvency Professional bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00153/2017-2018/10322, has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (“IRP”) of the Corporate Debtor.
